Regular - Contiguous USA (48 states) & Puerto Rico

most small orders will be shipped by Priority Mail from California (1-4 day delivery), or we may use UPS for heavy or bulky orders.  If items are not on hand, then our supplier will ship by UPS from California (3-6 day delivery),

Air Mail: is only for  Alaska or Hawaii Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico Only 4 to 7 days for delivery.

 If " PO Box" is use for Ship-To address, USPS is the carrier allowed.  And USPS is not an option when shipping to a "Non P.O. Box address.

Regular - Canada
most small orders will be shipped by Air Mail from California (3-7 day delivery).  For heavy or bulky orders, we may use Ground/Parcel Post (2-6 week delivery) - we will let you know by email if this is the case, and allow you the opportunity to specify Air Mail at an additional cost.

2-day Rush plus 1 to 2 day processing from California, DHL Express from California if shipped by our supplier (3-4 day delivery). Always allow us 1 to 2 day to process your order before shipping. 

 Drop-Shipments Not available for Canada, AK or HI to someone other than the buyer; (2) billing/shipping address must be the same.

 You will be notified in our email 'order status' from where and how your order will be shipped.

International Orders

No drop-shipments
to international addresses (except Canada) will be processed.
(The "bill to" and "ship to" name and address must be the same.)  Your credit card is verified for name and address prior to order processing - this usually takes 1-2 days.

Freight charges for orders going outside the
contiguous USA (48 states, PR) & Canada
will be more than the amount entered on your online order.

When we receive your order, you will get an "order status email message" from us requesting a clarification of your address, and informing you of our procedures regarding your order.  After a successful credit card security check, we will inform you of your shipping options and costs.  Your reply will be to select the way you want us to ship your order, confirming the total charges.  You may also cancel your order at that time.

The Postal Service is used for orders to countries outside the USA,
as well as Alaska and Hawaii -

1. Surface/Ground (regular) - typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to most countries
[Alaska & Hawaii orders go by Priority/Air Mail, taking about 2-5 days in transit - small orders to Canada go by Air Mail taking about 5-7 days; bulky or heavy orders to Canada go by Parcel Post, usually taking 2-6 weeks in transit.]

2. Air (Rush) - typically takes 4 to 7 days to most countries, but can sometimes take much longer.
