 Every product you buy from this catalog must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately to your distributor for replacement or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! (Customers only pays S&H to return the item to us, we'll ship a replacement free of charge.)

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:  We will ALWAYS do our best to verify the availability of your items, BEFORE we bill you for the order.  In the event that the item/items you order are not available, we will place your order on hold, and attempt to contact you by e-mail and/or phone. Once we have contacted you, you will have your choice of three(3) options to resolve your order:

1. Cancel the item and keep the rest of your order. (You will not be charged for the canceled item. The S&H costs and taxable amount (if applicable) will be adjusted as required).

2. Replace the item ordered with another of equal value. (You will be required to supply us with the new product's: Item#, Description, and Price. This can be done VIA: E-Mail, Fax, or Phone).

3. Cancel your order completely. (You will not be charged for a canceled order. If the order was MAILED-IN, we will RETURN the VOIDED Check/Money Order to you. This will be done VIA USPS-REGISTERED-MAIL).

On rare occasions, an item may show up as available, only to become discontinued due to quality control issues, back-orders filled, etc.
